By the way, you might want to skip this Introductory Explanation and go straight to the Three Scenarios, but if you do...let me tell you...you'll stand little chance of benefiting from what I am saying. And I can also tell you...if you do read through this Introductory Explanation...
---...you're not gonna understand it completely.
But then again, actually, you're not supposed to understand it completely...because it will, nevertheless, still leave you with a 'feeling' which, along with the Three Scenarios, might have the effect to change your outlook on life, heretofore...
---...and give you a greater strength of mind, and the conviction to do what you know you should and do want to do in life, things however, that you often find you have not been able do.
And why?...why are you often unable to do the things you know you should do because they're 'good' for you, like eating 'healthy' or 'exercising' (both of which, by the way, have to be redefined because they're not quite what most people would think they are).
Why can't you always do the things you want to do...WHY?...perhaps because they're too much effort or too difficult to do, or not much fun, or 'boring'...or a chore...or even depressing, or painful!?
You see, it's not so much knowing what to do (although most people, contrary to what they might think, are often 'off base' on this point too)...but more significantly, it's the inability of your ‘mind’ to be able to bring yourself to do the things you know are good for you...(or not do, if they're not good for you).
---What you're about to read, even if you don't completely understand it, is one of those things (along with other parts of this web site) that have been designed to help you in this regard... to help give you greater 'control' of your mind over doing the things you know you should do, but can't.
...So just read. And don't be concerned if you don't understand!
Like when I lift weights. I don't really think too much as to what I'm doing at the time I do them. I used to. Now I just 'feel' the weights. [Remember that word 'feel.' It's the KEY to a whole load of stuff...from your emotions, believe it or not, to your very existence.]
---...Yes, I just 'feel' the weights. Then I use my ‘conscious mind' to check my results immediately, by looking at myself in the mirror. And yes, I do see immediate results, subtle perhaps, but immediate...and which results become permanent the more the activity I might have engaged in is repeated.
---For example, I often see immediate facial changes especially, and many of which turn out to be.....long.....lasting...like I said, as long as the activity is repeated.
---You just gotta know what to look for...(as my video, "Total Body Transformation," more clearly demonstrates visually, obviously, because it's a video)...

Or, after lifting weights or upon my having done some other particular motion or specific posture, you'd often find me checking myself by closing my eyes...and 'feeling within myself newly developed sensations’...or by seeing how I 'feel' over the next couple of days or so, or longer...
...But don't think too hard. Just use your imagination. Try to visualize what I'm saying in the Three Scenarios...the scene, the scenario I'm describing. What am I trying to do here? What am I trying to do with the Three Scenarios?...

It's this type of thought process that's 'needed' to make change,

...A small change, even, can have dramatic...dramatic... dramatic...life saving, life promoting, and life preserving...
...even 'youth-like’ promoting effects!
I like...(or better put)...I've 'learned' to take the 'facts' or factual nature of something...........and to then develop a 'feeling' as to the 'meaning' behind those facts..........and to then delve deeply into the quietude of my mind, and 'feel' the 'feeling' that I had developed from the facts...
---...only to then throw away the facts...forget them...
---...and be left only with 'the feeling' that results from the overall concept that those facts might have represented!
Simply put, Develop Concepts from a set of facts,
...and then, Throw the Facts Away!
At some future time of my life experiences, another set of facts or situation might be different...but what will remain might be the same 'conceptual thought' or 'feeling' I might have developed and experienced previously.
---...So then...aha!...the trick...the trick is to build up a whole bunch, a vast array of 'conceptual feelings' over a period of time, over a period of months or years, or even over a lifetime of observation...jiggle them together, and interrelate them with one another as you go on amassing them over the years...
---...only then to come to an even 'higher level' of 'conceptual thinking'...'feeling.'
THE RESULT: After a period of time those higher and higher levels of conceptual thought have no alternative (based on the way our minds and our bodies and our universe work), but to leave you with a new, and 'higher,' level of understanding...with a new vision, with a new insight...
---...one which you could never have arrived at had you only tried to study or remember the facts in the first place (as most people do, and unfortunately, as our educational system for the most part, even medical school...teaches us to do). That's 'concrete' thinking, the latter. Rote memory. No real thought. A calculator can do that. Computers even better...But 'their’ minds are not 'alive.'
---Conceptual thinking brings 'life,' and change. True...true indeed...
---The kind of thought process I'm talking about doesn't win game shows...but it 'creates' the essence of living, of life itself!
Facts, alone, boggle the mind...and when amassed and remembered, they only serve to jumble and confuse the mind further; and that resultant thought process...it goes really nowhere. Might as well be like a mindless Dodo Bird. It's perhaps why nature has us forget things. [People who 'don't forget'...ironically...are often found to be dysfunctional and often cannot get along very well in the world!]
Conceptual thought is a function of the mind you're born with...that we're all born with...but few of us develop it. So without it, we are blinded as to the true nature of our very existence, for the fact is, developing conceptual thought eventually results in the presence of an added 'sense,' of an added 'vision' of the mind.
...With ‘vision’ you can then 'see' things quite readily which others cannot see...SUCH AS THE VERY TRUE AND UNDERLYING NATURE OF DISEASE AND AGING...AND WITH VISION YOU WOULD SEE IT SIMPLY BY OBSERVING!
With ‘vision’ It's as if you were able to see a TREE in front of your face that nobody else could see. You wonder why. It’s so easy for you to see. But then you begin to realize. They who cannot see the tree have no VISION. They cannot truly SEE. But if they were to develop vision, then ever so easily, they too could SEE.
...That's what I'm talking about here, VISION...but in this case it's a form of ‘sight’ which you already have, but which you haven't yet learned to develop...and which we should all have by virtue of our having been born.
[By the way...everything I'm saying here has 'everything' to do with
'lifestyle disease,' and with why we often become sick and why we age!...Just have patience...]
Conceptual thought is a 'function' of the mind...of your mind!...just like movement or motion can be a function of your arms or legs...or just like lifting a weight, as in a gym, might be a function of your joints, your bones and muscles...(a 'function' which, when performed repetitively over and over again, would eventually result in a bigger deltoid or biceps muscle perhaps!?)
'Mind'...'muscle'...'physical'...'mental'...they work the same.
...Really...they are the same?!
Hummmm....Hummmmmm...(wonder...wonder....wonder...)...Hummm...
---And so too it is that 'Conceptual Thought' is a function of your mind!...repetitively performed with your mind...with your thought process...conceptual thinking and 'feeling'...eventually resulting in changes within your physical body...a part of which is your brain--the very organ wherein you 'believe' your thoughts are being ‘thought,’ but wherein in actuality they are not being thought...for they're actually being 'thought' elsewhere, but just feel like they're coming from your head, wherein your 'brain' is located.
I know, all this talk is getting 'far out,' but 'that's' another story...elsewhere to be told regarding the true nature of mind and matter (or of mind and brain)...and the nature of which, in time, I'll reveal as another one of my theories.
For the time being, though, we'll assume that 'thinking' occurs in your brain.
...Remember, what I'm suggesting here is that I have figured out (scientifically) that there is both a physical and non-physical existence, in a sense, running simultaneously and parallel to one another! And for certain purposes, I can deal with them separately. But at other times I interrelate them, and show how they work together. And that interrelation, by the way, is the basis upon which I have been, and am continuing to be able make and maintain change, even at an older age.
At any rate, so now...back to THE BRAIN...to that physical organ which is performing the 'function' of conceptual thinking...
...Ah, but then again! Isn’t that like with bodybuilding?...wherein the physical brain can be ‘used’ (like muscles can be ‘used’) to the point wherein the brain undergoes physical change...no different, for example, than the biceps muscle’s ability to change with use...or bone...or heart...or lungs...or your big toe...or your pinky...or the skin on your face...or whatever 'system' of your body you are using!
- Use weights 'in the gym!' and your muscles become bigger.
...Use your 'mind' through conceptual thinking...and 'feeling'...and you physically change your brain and in turn raise your mind to a higher level of consciouness...correspondingly...in accordance and along with the physical changes that simultaneously occur in the nature of your 'brain matter'!
It’s been proven numerous times in research studies...as via mice 'using' their minds vs mice not using their minds to the same degree...that brains and brain cells grow and change with use, by merely 'thinking' or ‘feeling’ certain thoughts repetitively over a period of time. Dendrites (projections from nerve cells) and even entire nerve cells change accordingly depending upon the use to which they been put. Brain matter, even brain mass changes with use.
I remember even reading some research study about autopsies in humans wherein the brain structure correlated with the given job or profession of the individual (wherein the particular job was engaged in over and over again for years).
---SO, LIFT WEIGHTS...and you lift your 'mind,' together, as one. You lift and elevate your consciousness to a different level of understanding...and existence. You see things you could never have dreamed. You lift your mind to heights, or to higher levels of consciousness, than you might otherwise ever have thought possible!...
---...and thereby you can then see via another 'sense' you have developed and which you had always had the potential to develop. You can see with you 'mind's eye' another world...that other coexisting non-material universe of our non-dimensional existence...wherein time and space no longer exist...and from which the physical world you live in has been derived...and from which the material physical universe has always, is always, and always will always continue to continuously be created...and to which to come even slightly close to (such a non-material universe)...is nothing less than a 'scientific' miracle, wherein, ironically, ALL ROADS LEAD TO Their Underlying Spiritual Nature!...[you're embarking now upon the vestiges of knowledge regarding the connection between the physical world, the world of 'mind,' and spiritual existence.]

---All the above now having been said...and read...but not necessarily understood...go now to read through the Three Scenarios, and as you do so you will find the words I write flowing into the feeling of your mind...and you will begin to see and visualize through your mind's eye what the words are saying, and what you are feeling inside.
---...And you might wonder, “Are you seeing things you've seen and heard before...but seeing and hearing them differently?”
---You'll know if you have succeeded, not if you remember the facts or remember the factual nature of what I say, but rather, you'll know if you are succeeding if you develop a different 'feeling' within your very being about what I say...a different perspective...a different angle...a different slant on what you think you already know, or might not know. You will think more about the feeling you feel 'from' what I say, and not so much about how well you might remember the facts I might say.
...And then you will have experienced an inkling of your 'new vision'...of the world in which you ‘really’ live, and how it 'really' works, and your place in it!
Perhaps you will develop...
...an inkling of an introduction into the existence of a universe that is not finite, with 'beginnings' and 'endings,' as is the apparent status of the physical world in which we believe we are living.
Perhaps you will develop...
...a level of consciousness which can ‘see’ well beyond your normally experienced physical senses, as of seeing and hearing and touch.
Perhaps you will develop...
...a new vision into a universe from which and throughout which you can travel, and come and go freely.
Perhaps you will develop...
...and learn to enter into another state of mind from within which you can find the power to 'come back'...to a changed you!

Keep this in mind. Think about your knowing the 'fact' that "smoking cigarettes is bad for you”... is indeed a true fact...while the deeper 'feeling' within your gut...the 'feeling' that makes you sweat and see your deterioration from smoking...your death from smoking...that smoking cigarettes is "very, very...very bad for you"...is a feeling that will stay with you and in turn make you act upon doing something about it, like stopping smoking cigarettes (or some other similar such harmful 'taboo' as smoking cigarettes, the latter as to which I only use as an obvious example of what I'm talking about).
...The fact is, you don't 'act' on 'facts.' You would like to, but you often cannot. But when the corresponding 'feeling' of 'badness' comes to your insides, or when you begin to 'see' and 'feel' your 'dying' from smoking, for example, or something like that...visualizing it in your mind...when it HITS AT YOUR GUT!...that's when you stop smoking, 'cold turkey' just like that!...
